This page explains what Arrow Lab collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
We collect your name and email when you create an account. Instructor invite requests also collect institution and course. We store learning progress, reactions you create, and feedback you submit.
Payments
Stripe handles payments. Arrow Lab never sees or stores your card number.
Cookies and tracking
Arrow Lab uses one sign-in session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
We use email only for account and billing messages, plus founding-instructor outreach that includes an opt-out.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal data. Data is stored with our hosting provider in the United States and is shared with service providers only as needed to operate Arrow Lab.
Classroom visibility
A student's progress is visible to their instructor only as roster status. Each student keeps their own account and learning progress.
Your choices
Ask for an export or deletion of your data by emailing support@arrowlabchem.com.
